Graduated from the University of Nantes, I began my career in real estate, specializing in Property Management and brokerage (leasing) for major national clients. These ten years allowed me to gain a strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem and to develop a cross-functional vision of the sector’s related professions.
 

In 2018, I transitioned into Human Resources and I joined an international recruitment firm as a Principal in the Real Estate department.

My role involved supporting real estate companies in their strategic recruitment, primarily for executive and senior management positions.

After earning a Master’s degree in Finance and an MBA in the United States, I began my career in management control, working for 10 years with international groups such as The Walt Disney Company, Clarins, and Marionnaud.

Building on this in-house experience, I chose to specialize in the recruitment of finance professionals. I joined international recruitment firms in Paris and London, where I was promoted into management roles.

My passion for international environments is deeply rooted in both my personal and professional background. I moved to France at the age of seven and have since had the opportunity to live and study in five different countries. This experience has allowed me to discover diverse cultures, learn several languages, and develop an open-minded perspective that shapes every aspect of my life.

This passion for the international scene is at the heart of my professional approach. It enables me to build strong, trusting relationships with people from all backgrounds.
